Leadership Training is a 24-hour workshop of spiritual and personal growth that explores the nature of effective leadership and seeks to enhance participants’ leadership skills. It is planned and presented by the Regional Team, which consists of the 4 current Youth of Unity elected teen officers and the adult regional consultant. It is held at a centrally located church and begins at noon on Saturday and ends at noon on Sunday.
Current and potential YOU leaders from each chapter and any YOUers wishing to enhance their leadership skills are welcome to attend. Current and potential Adult Sponsors, Youth Directors and Ministers are also welcome. Officer candidates are encouraged to attend and are given an opportunity to practice answering candidates’ questions in a small group setting.
Leadership Training is offered annually in the Spring at a centrally located church from noon on Saturday to noon on Sunday.
