Sacred Rhythms “Teaching with the Seasons”
YFM Training and Connections
Presented by Janell Renshaw, LUT and Eastern Region Youth Consultant and Rev. Kate Adamson
Traditional teaching uses a calendar of holidays and events, creating bookends from January 1 to December 31. This model often bypasses the deeper meaning of life’s sacred rhythms. Winter-Spring-Summer-Fall create the rhythms of life, each season being an essential part of the seasons ahead.
This workshop will explore the deeper meaning of the seasons and present a new teaching model for ourselves and our youth. In these current evolving times, a paradigm shift from a calendar of events to a wheel of evolution is being birthed.
