Weather Changes Ahead: Be Prepared

Presented by Janell Renshaw, LUT and Lisa Carter

Create more inclusive learning environments and lessons by recognizing and adapting your lessons for the ever-changing and developing personality preferences of your students. Using aspects of the Four Elements, wind, earth. fire, and water to better understand the basic personality preferences that influence students’ feelings of comfort and safety in the classroom. This session would be valuable for anyone involved with Youth and Teen Education or other YFM activities – teachers, sponsors, directors & staff, ministers, involved parents and congregants are welcome! While discussions will center on application within our classrooms and YFMs, everyone will bring home a new set of tools for relating to others, especially in our rapidly changing times. (3 CEU Hours)
