Finding Meaning in Scripture

Weekly on Thursdays, January 27th – February 24th, 6:30-8:30pm, on Zoom.
Presented on a love offering basis.
In this course students will experience the rewarding process of Bible interpretation. Students will learn, step by step, how to metaphysically interpret a Bible story and apply the meaning to their lives. Selected stories from the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament) interpreted and experienced on multiple levels.
Class sessions will involve discussion, actively researching scripture, collaborating with others, and presenting interpretations. This group process will be enjoyable, enriching and beneficial for everyone involved.

At Unity of Bon Air, Cheryl teaches classes, leads the Prayer Team, and serves on the Ministry Team as Communications Coordinator. Cheryl has a passion for Unity Principles, and shares openly how using these real and practical Truth teachings have guided her through several exceptional life challenges. Cheryl holds an MFA in Theatre administration and management from VA Tech, and is pleased to bring her 30+ years of experience in performing arts to her work in Unity. Cheryl lives with her husband of more than 30 years, Patrick Tormey, with whom she has 2 adult children.
